New Site Layout

What do you guys think about it? I don’t know if it’s still a work in progress but i think the white white background is too overpowering. Not as easy on the eyes as the previous layout.

I don’t think it’s a new layout. I think they are having problems.

Yeah Jodi! it happens afew times this week,
I prefer the old style also!!
and some other problems I had in posting also a few weeks ago,
I hope the problem is solved by the way, :wink:

Trust me if our designers had tried to present that as a redesign for the site I would have had them committed. :stuck_out_tongue:

We were indeed having troubles with the style sheet. It seems to be resolved now I believe.

Glad to hear this dear khendar;

btw I have the posting problem again nowadays, not sure what is the reason or which side it’s on but thought to let yo know,

in fact each time I want to reply to a post I have to refresh the page 5-7 times! coz I just see the first fields often (title, message,…) less or more and the “submit” field or even “message” fields didn’t load atall, it’s gonna to be a real pain now!

another problem really harm is about the videos, nowadays (specially in steampunk challenge I see) there isn’t video control buttons here anymore! just video loads afew first frames (and just afew first frames!) and then stop loading! and when I trying to Download the flv also (with or without a dl-manager) it just download like 10-20 percent and give an error about that server stop sending and reseting somthing blah blah…! and say it have to dl again from start so I never can download them completly!

I would be appreciate if you help me in these issues, although I’m not sure about the first one what’ll cause it but seems the second one related to your servers directly;

I can’t access my portfolio at all all day today, so hope you guys get this fixed.

just to add to the stats, I have also be inable to access mine or anyone elses portfolio for the last 8-9 hours. Not complaining, just hoping it would help you identify the issue :wink:

Yes we had another issue crop up on the portfolio and forum server as well which was causing the portfolios not to load and the forums to run very slowly. Not related to the CSS drama and should be resolved now.

As for the video thing, its possible that its related to the portfolio server troubles, let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.

BTW guys could you please keep your problem threads to the Support forum, that way we have them all together and I dont miss them as happened here.

Ah, that’s what it was. I was trying to access another persons portfolio yesterday afternoon. It’s working now.
