reposting the settings for use with MDD, Messiah or Bones:

Subd - After Bones

MDD panel - KEY-MOVE ON

add NormalDisplacement plugin (the new one)

OFF - Cache Geometry
OFF - cache Normall
Evaluate - World Coordinates
