With the change in technology, and increasingly busy schedules
I’m missing being part of cgtalk,
If I may ask, it would be great if cgsociety could make mobile site
And support for forum application like tap talk
People please speak up if you want such functionality

Yeah, had the same thought several times before.
When I have 5 minutes to kill and my smartphone at hand CGS is a site I don’t visit, mostly due to the lack of a 3G pay-per-bandwidth and small screen friendly version.

its great app for checking forum replying, PM’s and subscription of thread.
cgtalk can greatly benefit if it get its forum on tapTalk.
also if you check last time most users were online were in year 2007.
i suspect now most of us are busy tweeting and FB, these days i ask most my question on twitter. whic is good in a way but not for bigger conversation.
We all neewd to evolve and so does cgTalk, its matter of time if some other forum came with mobile version and tapTalk. if admins can please take a note and give us some feedback.

Personally I hope tapatalk and other similar leech like meta services capitalising twice (paid AND data mining/sorting) die a quick and brutal death 
That aside, I don’t think you’ll find admins can tell you much, since most of them don’t plan that kind of development, mostly, and if they did they probably wouldn’t be yet at liberty to talk if something was being looked into.
All that said, I’d be very suprised to hear nobody’s looking at it. Most likely balistic has been looking at it for a while.
i’m not aware if tapTalk is using data from user and using it for there benefit, (its paid app has no advt. in it), but that is secondary issue. implementing a mobile site wont be bigger thing as there are many website management system which doest that by default.
maybe its advertising angle ballistic is looking at as they wont be able to Put BIG banners on small screens
I Suggested using tapatalk a while back when I first joined. I’m hoping to see it soon as this is a really great community for animators and 3d modelers out there. Someone should email the board administrator directly with this thread and a link to the tapatalk website.

I had a look at tapatalk when Saiyora-Saga suggested it a while ago.
we need to get over the hurdle of upgrading the whole forum first, then mobile intergration will be possible (the current vBulletin version is not supported by tapatalk).
