I think the issue Thomas has (I’m interpreting this, correct me if I’m wrong) might be along the lines of where you personally draw the line of whom to sell your artwork… would you sell it to a pr0n company? or someone who does silly things with your work? where is you personal line where you say “I’m not working for this person. I’m not making art for them, even if they pay me”… unfortunately not many people do have that choice.
Although, personally, I would not work for publishers doing nationalist/racist content or p0rn companies, even if the business is perfectly legal that they offer me. (not that I have ever been approached by such people). Then again, a silly music video is an entirely different thing - it doesn’t hurt anyone really. mostly harmless
