Nanite Studios now has a couple of positions open for concept artists looking to add to their portfolio, while working in a team environment. Our main project is a short, animated film, following the survival of the human race, after a devastating alien attack.
The film is made up of three acts:
Act 1:
The story is set several hundred years in the future, where mankind has finally managed to settle down after a devastating world war, which left many dead, and cities destroyed. In the opening scene, we explore the magnificent city, and view its wonders while time ticks for the coming attack.
After the Attack begins, we follow a young boy and his mother during their desperate attempt to escape the fire raining down from space. A short time later, we witness a massive battle in space, that is, until the Super Weapon emerges, which puts a quick end to the humans attempts to save their planet

We are looking to build a core team of 4-5 Concept Artists to really help propel this project toward success, so we really only looking for people who can contribute several hours a week. Of course, should this project go commercial at any point in, you will be compensated for your time. However, this should not be expected under any circumstances. This is primarily a project for those who love Science Fiction, or are looking to add to their portfolio.
