Is my anatomy ok? I hope to improve further, where can i improve on?

I’d say its not okay. The high from feet till crotch should be the same as from crotch till head top.
Even if character is stylized and is streched or elongaded, it should still follow follow the general proportions.
Of course there are some exception when the character is not suposed to be “human like” and is more “cartoony”, and has eg. gorilla like hands and very small feet.
In you picture the man is very human like, so i assume that human rules applies. If thats tru than his feet to crotch and crotch to head ratios are off. Even if he is old and overweight, the ratios are still there, just his figure is more bent/crooked.
I would suggest to study anatomy proportions for starters. Gl.
