"My Render Settings" - Where do they save?

Does anyone know where the My Render Settings actually save to?

I’d like to back up my settings and can’t seem to find the folder they are saved in.

Your render settings are part of the current file. There is no separate folder (unless you mean the Presets, which are in some library).

Yes, I do mean the Presets… Once I make a preset, I’m curious to know where they save. I’d like to back up these files.
