Your site has a great look and feel to it. I particularly like the mouseovers. It’s one of the more memorable Flash sites I’ve seen in a while. I only have two critiques.
The first has to do with the collection section and the numbers that you mouse over to see the work. There should be a distinction between which numbers hold content and which don’t. What is going to happen when you get more then 10 examples to show? (Just curious.)
The second thing I wanted to mention, and this is the one thing that stood out to me as being “not quite right”, was the sequence of images that you cycle through on the main screen. They may have some significance that I am unaware of, but from my point of view they didn’t seem to fit very well. Even thought the photos were quite picturesque, they were rather generic. What purpose do they serve? Are they simply part of the design; if so I did not feel like they fit. For a site so well planned and meticulously detailed the images seemed tacked on.
Nevertheless, excellent work.
Thanks for the critique, great points!
As for the image rollovers, you’re right I need to add in something to show that there is no content, I may just de-activate it for now but I don’t want to have it seem broken, any ideas?
As for the amount, I’m going to cap it to 10 examples for each section, I’ve done over 400 logos in the past 5 years and no one really wants to see all of them, I’ll keep the top ten list rolling for now.
I’ll play with the images, I was going for that island feel, I love the architecture in the carribean, textures and colours of everything so I went with something close to me, I’ll play with the images though, good point.

Very smooth.
I for one am impressed. How long did it take you to do this one?
It has a comfortable elegant feel to it.
If there were any critiques for me to give it is:
but none of that is really relevant to the overall wholesome goodness of the site itself already.
Yeah,
Needs some refinement, the blurry tree is supposed to look like it’s blowing in the wind, unresolved naturally
But I’ll work on it.
This one from start to finish took about a week, actual working time, about 15-16 hours, but I had to spread it out, paying work comes first.
Thanks!

It’s a great website, and very innoffensive to look at.
A few things I can think of:
I’m being really finicky here, because the site is otherwise fine.
