The teeth reflection needs to be toned down abit, now they look like they are porcelain. If we’d go by the ref pic they should also be abit more yellowish.
The wrinkles at the eye corners may need some work (in this case just our left one since right one isn’t very visible). I’m not sure how to fix it, but try getting more reference images and double check it’s position. Currently it seems abit “low” Also the wrinkle itself look more like a scar, than a wrinkle.
And lastly is his hair grey/ish? If so alls fine, but judging by reference he shouldn’t have so much grey hair, doesn’t look that old. If the grey is the result of too bright reflection then tone it down abit.
Overal the likeness is there, just some tiny details to fix. Gl and carry on the good work
