My first try on Modo

I am a LW switcher, after a few days of exploring and monkey business with Modo, I decided to create a complete simple render.

Modo is by far the best tool that I’ve ever used.

I’m switching from Maya to Modo these days myself. It is a superb tool for modeling and texturing.

Judging from your render, you might want to work on your UV’s… They look a bit stretched here and there…

Modo has some great UV tools, so no problem!

i tried modo but it didnt do it for me personally after LW but from LW to modo is solid jump as you feel kinda at home in it. pity not much of a modo following out there.

Modo is by far the best tool that I’ve ever used.

i have been using the trial for a few days and i am really enjoying it. i will be picking it up for sure :slight_smile:
