Hey all, this is my first work with Arnold and I’m looking for C&C.

I did everything from model to final composite - Maya and Arnold

nice asset from the image you posted to be honest i cant pick out anything from the camera- you have some nice bump on the rubbery bit at the top which is good, if you posted the raw render of the camera it might be a better piece to crit all in all. but the render is good though a bit more integration mud at the bottom of the camera would have sat it in there better too

Ah great scene! I hope my camera doesn’t look like the one rendered. I am so scared that I am going to smash the screen :(.

Anyways, Your textures do not reflect the scene. I would imagine there would be some glossy brownish water splotches if it got dropped in an area where mud can be splattered on it.

It also looks like the camera is floating above the water, maybe make the camera sink into it, or have it in a different spot.

Your mesh topology seems weird. If you want, you can post up a simple wire frame and we may be able to help you improve it :slight_smile:

Other then that, I love it!
