MultiReferential constraint in relation

hi everyone.
I need connect ActiveReference parametr of MultiReferential constraint, in relation constraint, and set several conditions that parameter. but RigidObject jumping around the scene, when ParentObjects switch in Multireferential. Any ideas ?
