Multi-tile displacement map export problem

I have a large mesh which I split the UV’s into 4 tiles in UV layout. Issue I’m having is Zbrush is creating some crazy displacement maps for 3 of the 4 tiles. I cannot figure out why it is doing this. I’ve tried turning off and on a bunch of export settings in Multi Map Exporter with no luck. I attached an image to show what I mean. Any ideas?

I’m doing 32bit disp maps, and I’m in 4r5 for reference.

Notice left map is crazy, and right map look correct.

Usually this happens when a UV shell is touching a tile border. Make sure you have a bit of padding around the edges of each tile.
