As you can see from the image, the same model with the same mental ray environment setting in both Maya and Max is totally faceted when brought to and rendered in 3Ds Max from Mudbox, while it is smooth in Maya.
I did choose Max when baking the normal map in Mudbox for Max, and tried all smoothing options before extracting but nothing work to have the same result in Max as I’m getting in Maya.
I would appreciate any help as to how to overcome this issue.
