I am a new user in Modo.

In Maya " j " Key is for Move , Rotate , Scale Tool Snapping

but I cant not find Shortcut for Move , Rotate , Scale Tool Snapping in Modo.

If you’re referring to constraining the rotation in 15º increments, you use the CTRL while rotating. The Move and Rotation tools don’t use that feature.
