motion capture setup, character not moving

I have this .fbx file of a motion capture and am trying to have this Andy character perform the actions.

What I tried was I went to HumanIK and defined the skeletons for both. It got really iffy with the Andy rig because there are multiple pieces for the spine and other parts. I then set the source of that character to the motion capture definition, but it doesn’t seem to move at all: http://i.imgur.com/QmgxmPD.png

Can anyone offer a solution? Kind of a newbie here, so this seems really complicated to me. Thank you for your time!

Edit: I tried just taking the MoCap skeleton and just binding the Andy mesh over it. It works, but it kinda sucks because I then lose all of the nice facial features and whatnot. If any of you guys can figure the best way to do this, I would be so grateful!

Hi,
Attaching a facial rig to the HumanIK rig would not work. Animating any body control will leave a lag on the facial setup and its skin influence between two keys.
