Modo Scripting

Hello everyone.

I am wanting to create either a script or Macro but I need some guidance. I want to be able to select a loop or line of edges and have Modo create a weld seam along them for me. It would basically extrude a circle along them and then adjust a noise filter to the extrusion. Can anyone help me with this?
