MoCap support

Anyone knows why MoCap support was suppressed in v9?
I know it was restored in v10, but only BVH import. Why?

Because it was about that time that I made a tutorial for how to use mocap in A:M. I didn’t realize that it had been dropped in V9 at the time.

I emailed Steve and pointed out that the wide availability of mocap files on the internet , free and for sale, had the same value as re-usable actions.

Since programs like Poser used them also, it would be a shame if A:M couldn’t. He agreed and the programmers put it back in V10. There was some mention of adding other formats besides .bvh, but that seems to be one of the most common and was done first.

If you have other formats that you need supported, just email or call and let them know :slight_smile:

I also have another question… How do you adjust a bone rotation (for ex. an UpperArm) along a BVH sequence after been imported?
