Milo Instalation Error

Hi, I’m new here.
I Installed Silo first, no Prob. But get the following error after installing Milo twice
“The program can’t start because api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-|1-1-1.dll is missing from your computer”
I tried it again with the same msg
Can anyone resolve this please?

Nobody ever got the same issue, I suppose :frowning:
Cant use MILO yet

I can’t say that I have. Can you give some more details - OS/Hardware etc.

It might be worth contacting nevercenter support directly.
