Absolutely gorgeous. Simplicity at its best.

#12

if he already have this images on a website outside cgsociety, then its not valid for the comp right?

#13

Amazing work xD
Perfect colors and composition

#14

I like the colors very much

It’s Just a “Harmonic PIC”

Great4U…

#15

Another great one! love the organic feeling to them. And the realistic renders / dof makes it even more intriguing. Good job!

#16

Good job. I like where this piece is headed. Are you self-shadowing or using ambient occlusion at all on this piece? I think it could help push the randomness of the model more.

#17

mmm I saw your website

I think you have a gift

cheers

#18

This is amazing… ! Definetly my type for the winner for now…

#19

Keep it up.

#21

wow !!

Really the best for me !

Just one little thing… Is the background blurred enough ?

I would also like to learn a bit more about how you are doing such nice pics (with a lot of talent, I think…).

I don’t understand, I didn’t enter on this challenge and I’m glad, cause everyone is braking the 6th rule:

Entries must be original and must remain unpublished outside of CGSociety prior to the close of the challenge. Any entry deemed by the judges to be identical or substantially similar to any other entry previously entered will be disqualified as a derivate work.

this image:

entered in this contest:

http://www.designineurope.eu/

and was printed previously in catalogues of: http://www.permanence.de/

Agreed.

Execpt about I din’t enter the challenge, I did and with no regret! But its a shame some people just don’t stick with the rules! And I hope those judges spended some time by using google and checking people portfolio like I (and mosconariz) did say before about this entry.

In my country corruption is almost epidemic, people don’t respect rules or laws. I put my faith in cgsociety prestige and entered this contest.
Watching the last comments made to the published finalists, I ask you to retire all my 26 entries with my finalist too, because I DON’T want to be part of this dirty contest, you can delete my account too.

first of all I apologize for this submit and I apologize to all members of this community. It´s my fault, but this image was my first submit. I know, it is no excuse me, because I had read rules carefully. I am sure, that all judges are fair-minded and this one image will be eliminated. But rest of my works are authentic and they are unpublished. So… I don´t totally understand mosconariz´s post, what links as http://www.permanence.de/ and http://www.designineurope.eu/ in common with my other images. DesigninEurope is about webdesign, illustrations and so on, Permanence.de is dedicated to artist Russell Mills and Ian Walton.

All best,

Hi there,

First of all big up for your renders of “microplants”, they’re really great.

By the way I tried Xenodream a little while and i’m pi**ed of cos of the rendering option.
How the hell are you getting such tiny details.
Does it come from the holons configuration or does it come from the rendering time and settings ?

Also your colors seems to be very well placed once again it’s a mystery to me.

Would you please like to share a little bit more about getting something similar ? It would really be appreciated !!! (i alreaydy read about your how to but this is not enought ;-p)

Thanks

#27

Hi Zerofil,

thanks for your comment. Yes… tiny details depends on rendering time. Mostly I will let render through night. In the morning I stop render and next day I begin edit raw image from XD. So… rendering time is about 4 - 8 hours. And also I render images in high resolutions. For example, if I want final image 2560x1600 px, I render picture twice bigger 5120x3200 px.
