messiah blog...sort of

#1

I decided to start a blog to keep notes I’ve gathered and messiah related links to aid me in using messiah. David Maas was kind enough to share a bunch of notes from his collection and I’m in the process of uploading them. I’m trying to keep the topics somewhat easy to find for quick reference. This might prove useful to people new to the software or ones that have gotten rusty like myself. Please remember that this is not an attempt at being a hub for learning the software…it’s just a hodge podge of information I feel would be of use in production

Wow!
This is fantastic.

Hey, excellent. A lot of these were things I managed to hunt down before through a rather cumbersome process which is how I ended up learning most of my rigging abilities. Nice to have them in one big blob for new and old users.
I suggest linking to Christopher Lutz’s ‘a rig for discussion’ thread as well, and my free rig thread (Not for my free rig actually but for the fact that dobermunk released one of marek’s rigs in it). These will inevitably fall down the list on CGTalk but should both be put in these collections as rigs for dissection.

those links and AlexK’s:
http://www.babylondreams.de/wordpress/

He continuously comes back to valuable messiah tests. We should get his camera rig exercise up on a forum as well.

WARNING:
allt hese cgTalk threads go the way of the dinosaur after a few pages, so anything that seems valuable should be gathered and logged. That’s one of the reasons I began collecting, and bugpoo’s blog lays everything out even better.

Awesome! Thanks for all the suggestions and support

And then obviously the link to the blog should be stickied
