Messiah Auto Rig Causes Crashes Upon Reloading a scene

Hello everyone-

I am fairly new to Messiah and would love to do some simple poses with a character. I really want to learn how to go about rigging in Messiah so I ordered the Joe cosman rigging dvd’s however in the mean time I thought I would just tinker with the autorig feature. I can set up the character fine and even pose it however whenever I save the scene or project file and then try to reload it it crashes. I beleive it has to have something to do with the auto-rig function. Does anyone out there have any work around for this or perhaps know why this might be happening? Also I would love to know how to use AutoRigII . I see it in the Items list and assume it must be rather cool, but I can’t seem to find any info on how to use it.

Unfortunately, the AutoRigs are currently broken (mostly due to python). If they’re causing problems on your system, just remove them from your plugins directory. You should also remove the messiahPython plug.

BTW, Ron is hard at work addressing the ARII problem and is making great progress. We’ll post an update for ARII as soon as everyting checks out (i.e. when it’s gone through full testing).
