Messiah is still a great apps and so is XSI
all have been personally views and well we just wanted to add to those views
it’s a nice read 
I will be looking into Pixar renderman too when released for XSI, mental ray & is nice Much better then anything i have used before but in some way I get joy from LW too,
there’s no point in Saying " This is the greatest " The world is much too big to say such a thing and nothing is prefect
