"Membership Expires:" panel bug

Report: after creating an account I moved to portfolio summary page. On the right side of the page there is a panel called “Membership Details” with section “Membership Expires:”. I receive there a message below:

“Warning: Wrong parameter count for substr() in /var/www/portfolio.cgsociety.org/libs/modules/portfolio/module.php on line 292
December 21, 2007”

PS: Note on testing. From me being a tester long time ago comes this though: could be good to set up kind of order in reports naming. At least list of panels or site parts which should be refered on the title. That could help find if a bug was already reported and fixed. Otherwise we are going to flood a developer with reading the same reports all over again :wink:
