Melted lamps and table

#1

I modelled these lamps about a month ago I had ref pics of the original lamp/table, and my client drew some sketches for me to model from.
The work was for www.loopcorp.com [they did some more work themselves, a chair and whatnot], and their client was Heals department store, I think its for summer sale, heat/melting/summer, that kinda thing

cheers :bounce:

#2

Looks nice!

How did you make it? All poly-moddeling (So first make the lamp, for the second one move some vertexes and add some ect, or is it made with the help of a plugin?

#3

looks great, the condition of melting.

#4

yeah like that, except that the 2nd [melted] model was modelled first then others added later

#5

Looks very nice! That would look great animated!

#6

there was thought of an animation being done but it didnt happen in the end [or at least, I didn’t do it]

#10

Very nice!
I will try it (try your model method):applause:

#13

this is so hot(get it hot…ha ha)great job

#14

This would fit really well in an artistic piece. One question: the wires are obviously pretty low-poly, so did you use subdivision?

#15

really nice work!! but did you use dynamic?

#16

wow did u use dynamics?

#17

nope, it is all modelled, no dynamics etc

#18

Splendid work as usual.
