MEL | light linking


Hi there!

I do have pleanty of geometry object in my scene. i’m talking about 200 +/-. I’m looking for simple way to break link insted of :lightlink -break -light pointLight1 -object pCube1 -object pCube2 -object pCube3 and so on....

the issue is much more complicatied when some of them grouped into a group the some of that group member supposed to be affected by pointLight1…

BTW looking for mel command to create light that doesn’t effect nothing and i will have to link its objects. seems much more simplier to resolve my issue.
