Maya - Zbrush: How to create wet, sweat, shine materials on top of Arnold materials?

Hi,

I wonder how can i create wet, sweat, shine materials in Zbrush, over a model that already has paint, i guess i will have to paint that figure fully black then white for the sweat, this way i can get a transparent .png (just an idea of course) then create a map at brush and load it into an arnold aimaterial at Maya, then i will need to load this material on top of my skyn material, then make my wet material to become brighter,

if you know a video tutorial, please share.
