Maya to Lightwave using Geo Cache

Does anybody know how to do this? And how does it compare to using point oven?

It works well. Export your obj from maya and geocache, load the model in layout and under deformation apply MD Reader and there you can load your MDD or xml file.

Almost there. Once in lightwave with the reader applied, the object will snap to the correct place on the original frame however it won’t animate.

Is there something I am missing?
