I had a question concerning the arrangement of a modeling demo reel. Whenever you see a really well put together portfolio either for character or environmental design the view changes from an ambient occlusion to a wire frame occlusion to a shaded pass. I was wondering what would be the steps to compose a sequence as such given I use Maya and, roughly, how would you achieve that in either After Effects or Premiere/Final Cut Pro.
Mostly I am concerned about the wire frame view since I work with polys and render under subdivs. Is there a way to render subdivs with wire frame visible?
