Maya Bullet Problem


I am using Autodesk Maya 2018 and this is my first time doing a meteor crash simulation. Everything in the scene is finished but, the ground plane (the big block) moves. I am not sure what is causing this inside the Bullet Solver or whether or not it is a different issue altogether. Can someone please assist me?
