When I use mesher to capture a flow of particles, the IDs change such that the same material applied to the mesher object does not appear the same as in the Material Frequency Op. I used the same percentages for each ID and the same seed number… but all the colors shift on the mesher… anyone know why this is?
edit, I should clarify that I tried applying a Material by Element mod and set the IDs and seed the same.
I can get it to work on a simple flow but I was having trouble on a more complex flow earlier… I’ll probably find my user error. too tired.
