Matchmoving two hand held 2-d shots. Best approach?

I know with a tripod or a computer motion controlled rig you can do this. Camera isn’t moving or it is a perfect match.

Can it be done with a moving hand held shot?

First Shot: Actor running in front of green screen with moving hand held shot.

Second shot: Background plate. Moving hand held shot.

No matter what I do, the hand held shots will always be a little different.

Can a solid matchmove be done? If so what is the best approach, what has worked for you guys?
