Minor update but i think i will stop work at this stage and go to other models. So await for robo-servant.

This is my crappy sketch. My idea - human-master in the world of machines. He sits on his throne and androids attend him. But in reality real Master is hudge mainframe after his back, which governs human.

I have setup 3d scene with bipeds to check perspective. And it’s more clearer than my drawings.

Huge update. This is the model of robo- geisha. Head, arms and torso are almost finished, but lower part of the body needs a lot of work.

Looking good so far Significant. This is definitely an interesting and fun concept.

Dictator’s facial features indicates clearly to me a stern and commanding personality. Just with his blank expression in your progress image already suggest that he doesn’t really have a soul or consciousness.

Your concept sketch is actually good I think. Personally, I prefer the eye level (to the dictator’s) camera angle than the lower one in the 3d version. Unless you prefer the viewer to identify more with the servants than the master(s). If you raised the viewpoint higher than the dictators but still below the mainframe’s overall structure you can subtlely indicate the division of power. “Yeah, the dictator is the central figure but yet there’s this imposing structure overshadowing him.”

2 Henrik Vasquez. You understood me correctly. I wanted viewer to feel itself at the bottom of hierarchy, maybe standing on his knees next to the robo-servant. But i think of your words when i will compose final scene.
