After a week of work i’m back on the net :buttrock:
ninox - tilite - Deryk - Atwooki :: thanks you guys :bounce:
Atwooki:: yeah the monster should be more “chunky” ! i 'll check it
Deryk :: i’m not very good in drawing but here is another skecth ( below )

#22

here is a last sketch of my vision on the picture

On this sketch you can see the sorceress use magic to wash the monster with a tree
Thx Goul for the suggestion
I always think about the composition etc…

#23

Yeah Servant modeling Let’s go !!!

#24

Next

#25

I’m not sure if the musculature it’s absolutly correct but i’m happy with it for now

May be the monster will be more fat

Next update “the hands”

Comments are welcome

Hi Collings:

The new torso’s looking Grrreat!!!

Watch out for his upper left elbow/arm region (could bulge out/up a bit more where it’s deformed)

Doing nicely Nicolas…I always liked the idea of having a heavy sort of character with “Under-lying muscle” barely showing through…A large ale or rum swollen stomach with heavy muscle still shown slightly under this layer of fat…

Quite nice start on the 3D end…looks good, and is going to be fun to see grow up…Best to you…You mentioned I should get to belgium…By the way,my family is from Belgium…been to that beauty of a country many many times…

Keep the updates coming…:arteest:

#28

interesting idea.
Makes me curiuos, how it will come out…

#32

funny concept and love your style.
happy to see more:thumbsup:

#33

Cool concept Nicolas! A bit reminds me to Shrek, but your character is different. Fine sketches too. Keep to go on this funny way!

#34

Hi, cute and funny image you have! Nice modelling and really like the way you modelled out the stretched muscle on the arm. But maybe the chest muscles need abit of squashed look? Looking great so far!!

#35

i worked a bit on the vegetation.

#36

thank you guys for comments! i’ll rework the muscles in zbrush but before that i’ll make the Monster’s head ! I keep in mind all critics thx for your help

#37

mmm i decided to work on another idea!
Something more focus on the characters.
I worked on it during the week so here is a quick sketch …

#38

Here is the beast, i made the lowpoly in Max then i jumped on Zbrush to make details.

#39

the beast with his tail
C&C are welcome

hey there collings great progress… i like your concept… for the beast i would say that the front two legs are quiet thick if thats the word and it looks like the beast has no neck … other then that is looking quiet good… the other model is looking fantastic… muscles are looking great awaiting updates… fantastic dude!! good luck with progress
