She looks beautiful, really! The whole scen is beginning to come alive. I think your new towers will do a lot for the overall comp and whatever you do, don’t move that red fridge - whitout it I think the scen would start to float.

nice cloud! but beware that cloud will too thick to cover all of your detail! some suggestion now is maybe you can add some shadow cast on the tv and element on the ground , some thing like fake shadow ( map image file into light color ) -hard to explain with bad english skill:eek:

I don’t know if I understand well… but I can reassure you… clouds will not covered the picture… it’s only for the background… and certainly more darker as that. Thanks for your interest Monsit… and don’t be afraid by your english, mine is worse… per moment, I don’t even understand what I write :scream:

Cool texture on the tower ! It looks better on the picture where are the clouds !

It’s normal… there’s not DOF in the picture with clouds… finally, background will be very dark and blurry… stormy with flashes I think… :slight_smile:

monsitj mean that some cloud-like shadows on the ground and tvs will be cool :slight_smile: you can place a b&w map of clouds as shadow map of you light and see the result - like the light goes through clouds and then fall to the ground, it might be an interesting one…I can send you some shadow maps if you need :)just for the test, at least

Ok mate, now I begin to understand better… And I certainly will do some test in this way…
I think I must create a new setup of light… I don’t think my actual lighting can work good for this effect…

I actually visited a power plant up here in Poland not long ago and it turns out the guys working there gave all the cooling towers names :smiley: They all had their own special symbol with a different color too.

… géniale l’idée des centrales pour mettre dans le fond (quoi qu’en france on a de la chance les nuages radioactifs (tchernobyl) s’arretent pile a nos frontieres selon nos politiciens :wink: )… j’ai hate de voir les deux dernières images compositées … tu vas garder l’éclair ou pas ?

… think it’s a great idea to put in the background the nuclear towers that match perfectly with the subject of “nature” you’ve choosen … i’m waiting impatiently to see the two last pictures together … will you keep the flash of lightning ?
