Master and Servant 3D Entry: Laurent Antoine Lemog

#661

… i saw again your concept sketch and your humanoids seems very little on you concept … so it appears that you’ll have a huge number of details as the humanoids seems well even for larger details … think again in my idea to put you computer in the fridge for the render because of such details … if you buy a big fridge you’ll can put beer too … a last one before you leave for a week

#662

=BlackNull= -> Thanks a lot for your comment Pierre…

Fred76 -> In fact, on my concept sketch… there’s only 2 or 3 guys, Humano-IDs… cause I have a bit lazy… but for the composition, I think to add a big number of these Humano-IDs… I don’t know exactly how much… on the ground, with some materials in their hands, arms… and also hang to the fingers of Mother Nature… and maybe to lianas, etc…
Et pas d’inquiètude, j’ai pensé aux munitions pou r les vacances… hahaha

#663

>> to add a big number of these Humano-IDs

… so maybe the fridge is not enough for the render and you’ll have to make it in Alaska
Bonnes vacances, reviens en forme !

#664

Your character is very special, but the concept is realy good
I love your style you’re always original

#665

More again…In this latest update the thing that stands out the most is the… Human merchandise vrs Mother nature aspect. The story and art grows…Keep it growing lolo…:arteest:

#666

Fred76 -> ok man… Alaska for rendering… and the sun of the south of france for my old bones… :scream: hahaha

Elendil le Cool -> the char is a little bit special… however, I was observed in my mirror, I was the reference for this guy… hu hu hiiiiiiiiiiii

Michael -> Human merchandise vs Mother Nature… you understand well my story… thanks… and soon, one week of silence. seeya Mate :arteest:

But now, I must do my certainly last update…

#667

I’ve started to work on the Humano-ID’s textures… but for the moment, I don’t know what can I put as tattoo on his head… I put a smiley to wait a new test, a new idea…

#668

Another view of him…

#669

Tu dois avoir une drole de forme alors Lemog
I love the render
Bon suitage

#670

The back of our new friend… but I think that the bar code is a bit small… I was to tired the last night to do another tests and rendering… ;-/

#671

the last one… more close…

#672

Beautiful updates, I like the way you’ve texturised the man. Don’tmind about the ear, finally it is good as it is.

#673

oh, oh ! Lot’s of rendering materials ! Great Laurent, like your renders ! :bounce: Keep it up man ! Original Human design too ! Nice colours… Like that !

#674

Hahahaha… sincerely… I move the ears a little bit, really  Thanks to you Ninox.

Mr. Waka -> I don’t know if roots textures rest like that… I don’t think, it’s only a ramp with bump… not real textures, but one thing is sure, that offer best read for the picture… to see

#675

Pretty cool! They are primitive, these humano-ids, but it somehow makes sense. It would be nice to see how they would look with a more human skin shader though, just for comparison, as there’s a slight risk they will blend in with the tree textures a little too much  Just a though of course.

#676

very nice update ! i like your very colored lightning very much !!

Good holiday

#677

Hello my friend,

Very good work. But I think the humans’ texture can be more close to real, so that it is defined as humans in mutation and not other humanoide race . Don’t find?

The illumination is perfect. :bounce:

Actually, I think their skin looks good. If you think about it, they only depend on ‘mother nature’ so, they dont really wash themselves ‘I guess’ they dont really work, or have a home ‘I guess again’ So, concidering that, I think its natural for them to blend into their environment more. However, not to much blend is needed. Beacuse thet will endanger the humans to dissapear in the image.

Just a question lemog, these humanoids, ar’nt they stretching upon the rule of “100 homo sapien” thing ? Its an annoying rule I think, just asking how you see that rule… Since I think these humaniods ar’nt the same as homo sapien… ? or ?

Keep it up!

#679

OW OW OW GEANT VERT !

The textures looks cool for the moment, just review some points on humano-ID cuz it don’t really looks skin actually, maybe more diffusion or more pink/yellow colors…

So your humanoid looks very little, you’re gonna put a lot on the scene ?

just another question, do you use SSS shaders in your scene ?

that’s it, excellent work, i love the mood

#680

JamesMK -> I know, for the moment, he has a similar color that the background, but normally, between all the object, with more contrast… before to change something, I must to be more advanced I think… In fact, I don’t have planed to create yet the humano-ID, I planed to create in first these domestical object… I don’t have time to do more test before my holydays… but certainly I will test something more human, more pink…

[wr]JeFf -> Merci gars… les vacances, ça c’est une chose qui devrait rouler… :bounce:

Lotah -> more human yes, but not too much… they already much changed I think… the tests will start again on my return.:wip:

Mireneye -> for these guys… no rule of 100 homo sapiens [font=Verdana]or then in an unconscious way. it’s only the first history which came alone in my head when I read the subject. Without really thinking… strange no ? :argh:

Cipher -> certainly a little bit more of 20 or 25 Humano-IDs, but that depend of the number of objects on the ground…
…for the moment, no SSSShader… but maybe for the future tests…

and see you all in one week :wavey:
