Master and Servant 3D Entry: Krishnamurti M. Costa

#301

very good modeling, I like it !!

#302

that’s awesome dude. thx for sharing the workflow. What impresses me is that the base mesh looks incredibly low poly, yet u can achieve so much detail - is that all displacement maps?

#303

Hi Versiden,
I’m doing everything in ZBrush and in this way I can just go wild in the poly count
The low poly cage is just to illustrate how ZSpheres work. After this you can subdivide your mesh until to get something like 2.000.000 polys that you can manipulate to add details.

Thanks!
Kris

This is already so fantastic that it almost seems madness that I know it’s going to get better & better with each update…

I mean, you’re WIP/entries into these challenges should have a book all to themselves!

#305

Here you can check some of the main composition lines I used for the kangaroo’s dynamic/position. I rendered it in Zbrush, imported in photoshop to find the best place for the characters, changed the position/rotation and re-worked in ZBrush to give the characters the movement I want.

#306

Love your work, man - and thanks a lot for sharing your workflow. Just sitting here and learning a lot, thanks:thumbsup:

#307

Krishnamurti that awersome… is really a unique work… :applause:

#308

haha this is the best concept so far, I didn’t see the original design so didn’t realise this mutant confectionary kangaroo was coming. sweet idea antropus:) great modeling too

#309

I never know that zbrush can render GI -feel , until I see your work, with this big amount of poly and this type of lighting , how long is the render time??
like I said before , zbrush is great , and with your skill level ,the quality of work is impressive:thumbsup:

#310

Omg this is insane ! outstanding work man! zbrush rocks, such detail… keep it up!

#311

Excellet!

The Pose really works and the emotion on both characters comes across very well!

#312

Still amazing Kris ! I just begin to learn Zbrush and I find it very cool and useful ! Your images inspired me ! I wish to be you when I’ll become older ! :stuck_out_tongue:

#313

So much time i haven’t seen this thread, the beast looks awesome, so much expression in the face and movement !!

Excellent work man :buttrock:

#314

this is a shame man, a real shame that i didnt find this thread earlier. well im subscribing now i think i have to after i spent far to long reading over trying to catch up… brilliant modeling, from what ive seen here and elsewhere Zbrush really is a fantastic program… must get my hands on it.

that poor darn kangaroo… plz dont tarnish my national icon… lol.

ok they say the “to spark any reaction, good or poor, is a good response”… well the ‘beautiful’ girl of urs has definatly sparked a reaction with me… i cant stand her (in a good way… for u, lol). so u can imagine i want to get her back i know the perfect way. u may or may not know but kangaroo pouches are actually reather thin like 1/6th of what uve drawn and they suck around the ocupant rather like a vacuum pack. (just an aussie thing, lol) and the best bit… they are filled with mucuss, hehe. now i know the chances of u including that are slim it would be soo cool to see her lower part of her body covered in ‘an oily substance’.

great modeling… i know u have alot of posts to read sry for making this rather long (but it smy first entry i thought u might forgive me:shrug: )

all the best

#317

the facial expressions are …well very expressive. yeahxcellent job.

#318

love it, loks like magic sculpt (the cangaroo) see you and

#319

Without words, Antropus!!

Thank you for the tutorials…hehehe

Very good the idea of showing that the " monster " is good and the " human ", in the command, is bad. We can see that, even before you to have spoken.

Is your idea to leave his bag full of dog-hot? Or was a demonstration alone? I think would be better to vary the candies.

Does some exist link, yours or of other people, that he talked more about your form about working with them lines, like you did show in the last post?

Congratulations…big competitive, once again.
