My first concept for the master… I think his pose isn’t expressive enough, but on the other hand–if hes more “expressive” that probably means he’s more visible, thus losing that mysterious aspect.

almost thought I double posted somehow :curious: but I guess thats just some new feature of the challenges where the first post shows the latest update. cool stuff.
anywho, I have a way of starting these challenges… and losing my drive to finish it, because I think my concepts aren’t true enough to the idea in my head so I’m spending a bit of time to get my concepts right. I’ve just gotten through a really busy portion of my life, and I figured what better way to get back into the groove by practicing my 2D skills and entering in the new challenge to practice my 3D.

p.s. The servant isn’t shown yet… hehe, I’m keeping some secrets for a bit later…
Good stuff as always man, with your modeling skills this should turn out to be one killer piece. Best concept art-wise I’ve seen so far
