Latest Update: Modeling: More progress on Timmy

Ok - here’s a rough of Timmy’s head. He lacks shoes, hair and texture/polishing. I’ll probably move on to the bot once the rough on Timmy is complete. Any suggestions on making him look the part of a spoiled-rotten rich 10-year-old would be appreciated

Better late than never, right?

Here are a few ROUGH sketches of my idea.

Basically, my idea is to have two main characters. One is a little spoiled rich kid who talked his parents into buying him a big robot. The second character, the robot, was originally built either for military or construction use.

In this scene, the kid is leading the robot around. The kid is extremely proud of his robot, while the robot is totally ashamed of his situation, carrying the kid’s teddy bear around for him while his fellow robots are contributing to a grander role.

Here’s my “final” sketch. Time to move on to 3d, since we’ve only got 13 days left.

A little more detailed view of the Bot. Except for the legs…

Here’s most of Timmy’s body in a rough stage. Hopefully I’ll get the head and feet on by the end of the weekend. Comments/critiques (harsh as you like) are always welcome!
