Latest Update: Concept Sketch: Concept Scene

I’m not that good at drawing, so I made a concept scene instead. I just put something together really quick to get an idea of how I will to set up the battle. The necromancer and her minions were attacked by men coming out of the forest. I decided that the necro will be a she instead of a he. I wanted to keep the number of characters low for this battle and I might go even lower. If you can’t tell from the pic, the white dummies will be the minions and the blue ones will be men. The men will have leather armor, shields, and swords. The minions will have various arcane weapons made of flesh and bone and some will have shields. I don’t have concept art for any of the armor, weapons, or characters. Like I said, I’m not good at drawing, so I’ll have to create them from the ideas in my head. This will be a moonlight scene.

The scene will show a necromancer and his minions in battle. The theme will be displayed in the deep concentration of the necromancer and the mindless obedience of his minions.

i think you should work on a more detailed concept sketch, you have a good idea that could work very well but you need to add more detail and think about it some more

Thanks for the input. I will post a new concept sketch when I get a chance. I made this realy quick in Paint Brush. I just wanted to get my entry started as soon as possible. I have already thought of a lot of ideas about this scene, but I’m at work so I don’t have much time to spend. I’ll come up with a better pic this weekend.
