Latest Update: Concept Sketch: Positions

Some new themes for positions - I think I´ll go with the sad one - it´s more the mood of the “slave” caracter of the bear, I might get the emotion better than if he´s doing clown trick while hipnotized. I don´t know… help? [:P]

The story behind is that a magician hipnotized this trendy giant bear and is charging other humans to show him, kind of an elefant man story. Still raw…

Ok, just a quick coloring scheme test. And some rendering test also… I think this image is too static - i´m working on an improved sketch and some new positions for the bear.

Hi, looks good so far. Crits would be that your perpective needs some work as it looks a little flat in places… the giants feet for example. I realise you’ll be changing this alot from here though… :slight_smile: Maybe to stop this from looking static, you could bring the viewer down and closer to the keeper sitting on the ball. You could involve him more with the viewer by placing the “camera” so it’s looking up and past him at the giant, making the servant look way bigger? I’m assuming that the giant is the servant! - Thanks for your feedback and good luck!

Jez - Yeah I was working on something to bring the magician more to the scene, but I was dislocating the camera sideways. I like the idea of a closer to ground camera - I´ll try it!
Still got a lot to do and not much free time:sad:, but I´ll do my best to keep it going.
