Alright, added a really quick face so I can get down basic stuff, I’m starting in on colors before detailing the heads so I can get the basic blocks in.

This is the initial concept art for “You Are”, a piece for the contest where I’m trying to explore the master and the slave as the same person. I didn’t start with his face yet, but he’s basically looking to commit suicide and he’s convincing himself to, in essence the master and slave of his own psyche at the same time. Any comments appreciated…

I’m thinking he needs to be really old and middle aged, the master is going to look exactly like him… any help with the relationship would be great.

Ok, here’s the basic line art for my concept… except his face. I was having a tough time getting the angle of his head out of the mirror to the real guy, so I left out the face for now. By the way, the guy on the left is him too, so he’s his own master and his own slave, basically. If that makes sense…
Anyway, any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thx for your comment. At least I can see we both didn’t get too far with our work up until now, eh? 
Some idea for your piece: why not try to do some Jekyll and Hide stuff?
