Primal relationships from the past suggest that we are slaves from our being cast out of the garden by our base desires. Intertwined with the serpent representing such desires, but remaing defiant against those above who want to control her, our beautyful slave girl remains her own master.

Layered Photoshop color added in rough planes. Using normal lighting which will be altered in development by use of lighting added by layers in Photoshop.

After rough color, I work out lighting and tonal to create mood by treating most important areas with lighting and masking back less important areas to receed into dark.

With abilty to turn on and off lighting eashly on one layer, I can focus on cleaning up art on base layer. This gives a lot of control over detail without worrying about overall color changes.
