This is the other idea I am working on, and I think I might go with as I think I have stolen the other idea from somewhere.
The is going to be symbolic of mans enslavement to religion. I am going to hang a cross on the sword and then put the tattered remains of a holy knights tabard draped across the stones. I think crows will be making an appearance in at least the background as well.
Okay; the concept of this whole thing was inspired by the blue screen of death which I am sure all of us have cursed repeatedly. I was working on a project and almost finished when I suddenly got “Fatal Exception Error” which meant that I had to reboot and loose the last half hour of work. I’m sure many of feel enslaved to our computers at times, or if not the actual computer than to the Microsoft corporation.
This is just a start. I don’t know if I will finish this in time but I figured it was worth a shot. I know that I am not anywhere near most of the quality on here and I dont have much clue when it comes to digital artwork.
My only programs are Paint Shop Pro 5 and my only tool a mouse. I used my own computer as the basis for this. I figured I wold try to tackle the inanimate protions before I start on the human part.

Just want to give much respect to the fact that you have managed to do something as recognisable as this with just a mouse:eek: :bowdown:
I have a wacom tablet and just take it for granted being able to whip open a file in photoshop and do as I please lol… I would advise downloading the 30day trial for Photoshop… It’s so easy to pick up and will make a vast difference to your work:bounce:

I would also advise getting on [color=red]eBa[/color]y to find a cheap wacom version 1 A6 art pad!.. My friend got one for around £5 ($10)…
Try not to get caught up in detail at this stage… try drawing in pencil first… get your layout sorted in your own mind, then try photoshop or painter. I’m looking forward to seeing your development over the next few weeks:)

Okay I have given up on the other idea…its just not working. So I have odne some brainstorming and come up with two concepts.
The first one is ort of fantasy, It would sort of be along the concept of man having the world in his grasp…
However after I drtew this I started thinking that I had seen it before…I’m sorry if this is a copy of someone elses…if it is let me know.
