MASH: Two falloff objects not supported?



I’ve just got a bunch of objects and the visibility node is at the end of the chain. There is a falloff node attached to help control this.

It all works

However when I clone this node, the entire MASH network disappears?

Is this because two falloff nodes are not supported?


Yeah that’s supported.

If you can upload your scene I’ll take a look. One thing to note is that multiple inverted falloffs isn’t supported.



Thanks Ian, actually it turns out to be because they are indeed in the “inverted falloff” mode.


Sorry to dredge this out of the archives, but I did run into this today, and thought I might help another.

Indeed, multiple inverted falloff nodes is not supported, but one can get the same effect by inverting the visibility node with multiple falloff nodes.
