hi all! I am just finishing the main page of my site and I would like to read some critiques about it , thx!

The Site: You had very nice transitions. The look of the site was pretty distinct as well. But I had serious navigation problems. I clicked on the 3d figure and was taken to the desktop. I moved my mouse everywhere looking for something that was active. The only thing I found was the folder and the text file icons. I clicked on them, double-clicked on them, tried dragging them…but nothing. Was I missing something? Then I tried to get back to the main screen…it wasn’t possible! So I had to close the browser and restart. I then clicked on the Queen CD…was it supposed to do anything more than spin and play the song? If not you might want to consider changing the cursor back to a pointer, when users see the hand pointer they are expecting a link. The Asian cinema section also did not have a way to get back to the default page. After that I quit.

Demo Reel: The reel started off weak but got much better. I would consider taking out the spinning models at the beginning because it isn’t as impressive as the resulting content. When I saw them i was thinking, “Hmmm, Ok…average”. But once I got past them and saw the rest I was way more impressed.

Great work overall though!

thanks for the reply! yes as I said I am finishing the main page so the cg section and asian cinema section is in progress yet… and queen cd will be the last to give it a link, I don’t know if you have clicked on that kind of radio waves that are linked to a send section, maybe better I will have to put some letters like contact or something but I thought that an animation would attract the attention…also theres a thing to the left that will be the links but there is no link to go to the links yet…sorry I wanted to see critiques about the main design…I think next week cg section will be available, well the background of the page is the famous mountain of barcelona city with its great anthenna and to the right is the church with a theme park.
