manual tracking in PFTrack 5

Hi! I want to track using user-features in PFTrack 5. Thing is, after I placed my user-features in the shot, they disapear after the first frame. That is of course because they arent tracked.
So my question is : How do I track using user-features in PF Track 5.
Ivé seen video tutorials from previous PFTrack versions showing that you select your user-feature, rightclick and choose Track forward( or backward) but those options are not existing in pftrack version 5 as far as I know.

cntrl/shift click . will bring up the small track forward menu in your screen .
