Great work! The skin shader is definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen, and the texture work is pretty good too. The only thing that bothers me are the creases on the sides of the cheeks. They seem a little bit out of place in comparison with the rest of the skin. Maybe it’s the particular angle and lighting…

Nice render!

Only thing I can see that could be improved is the skin specularity. Seems a bit high in spots like the chin and lips and a little blown out and hot on the forehead. And overall the skin feels a little bit young for someone who seems to be old enough to have bags under his eyes and other wrinkles. But that could be due to the higher skin specularity.
