Sally Tsung has entered the Machineflesh 3D Challenge.

He used to lead a normal life and hoped to enjoy what the new era brings. For some reason he gets picked to be a part of a military prototype.

Maybe this might seem cliche…I just hope it isn’t. I was feeling morbid at the time I made this sketch, but it still relates to the story I have. I might add more to this guy, make him look a little more menancing. We’ll see!

Just a rough sketch of what I see in the scene. I wanted to add limbs and blood, but I don’t have enough skills to pull that off and I don’t know what ripped limbs could look like. Anyway, there might be a big change in the final compared to what I have now, so we’ll see.

I’m not the greatest artist, I’m still learning to paint clouds and stuff. Plus, I think I might add more parts to him as I go.

I’ve heard from somewhere that this theme is kinda common too. Either way, I don’t think I’ll be switching themes…There can be a general theme, but the specifics is what makes each one individual.

Any comments, suggestions, etc is appreciated!

And dont worry about the more “common” touch of your theme: If your modeling looks just a bit like your sketch (maybe with more detail:p ) it will be one of the top-50!

If I can actually get that high up in the ranks, I might just faint from the shock of it! Just being that high up would be enough to make me happy and strive forward. If not, at least it’ll make another fine addition to my portfolio! :cool:
