Okay everyone, updates are not coming quick.
I have some difficulty modeling the flesh membrane surrounding the tail-legs mechanical parts.
Making flesh is easy but making tensed up flesh around complex shapes like that is a real nightmare. :argh:
Even so, I don’t give up easily and I hope I’ll model it as clean as possible.

Character with flesh strips along the “tail”. I’m aware that the head may be too big, the neck too long, etc…

The placement of the strips tends to be too regular to my liking.
Besides, I don’t want to loose the snake-like shape of the mechanical part.

Only crits: maybe the connection (meeting area) is too direct betwenn the body and “legs”. You should use a more detailed transition between the forms. Of course it’s a WIP…i know.

I really like those thorns and the design of the lower half of her body. I hope your going to continue this theme throughout her upper torso.

A few notes about that image :
Hands are in a straight position for the moment.
Flesh has no thickness either so it tends to merge with metal areas. I’ll add thickness when I have the final model.
Time to build the hair.

It seems like a dejà-vu but the flesh strips have thickness now (about 2mm) and I refined them the best I could to make them look tensed up.
This is not a complete success though.
Some parts don’t look tensed up enough to my taste.
But this is not so visible fortunately.
